    ADV claim

    The ADV claim is responsible for handling customer complaints, taking care of tender files, assisting the CRM in monitoring customer satisfaction and acting as an interim, if necessary.

    Billing assistant

    The Billing assistant is in charge of invoicing and customer collections in order to guarantee the traceability of commercial transactions and to monitor the management of the SIAGRO warehouse's product inventory.

    Senior brand manager

    The Senior brand manager handles his entire product range, from the production plant to the point of sale.

    Customer account manager

    The Customer account manager is responsible for maintaining, managing, monitoring and updating the customer account file. He/she also ensures the follow-up of payment collection.

    Digital project manager

    The Digital project manager gathers the requirements of the brand managers through a briefing. He/she proposes appropriate solutions from a technical point of view, relevant to the economic environment and in line with the brand strategy and web trends.

    Area sales manager

    The Area sales manager is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the customer portfolio entrusted to him/her. He/she ensures the sale and distribution of the entire range of Kirène products in his/her area of operation.

    Warehouse manager

    The warehouse manager is responsible for all internal warehouse activities and products, from the moment they enter the warehouse to the moment they leave the warehouse (he is responsible for storage). He/she supervises a team of pickers, forklift operators and cleaning agents to ensure the unloading and loading of trucks and the preparation of finished products and any other product to be shipped. He/she ensures the traceability of batches and packages.

    Delivery manager

    The Delivery manager is responsible for the supervision of all external activities at the warehouse. He/she is responsible for setting up delivery routes and sectors, in other words, for planning deliveries and zoning in coordination with the sales department (ADV). His/her main mission is to satisfy the customer's request at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.
